There are a limited number of rooms available at the special Christmas Party rate and these are given on a first come first served basis.

Incentive Offers

• If your company books and pays their deposit in full by the
  31st August 2011 you will receive 1 in 10 tickets free of charge


• If your company books over 50 people for a party night in The Phoenix Suite, they will receive four €25 vouchers for Tonic Health & Day Spa to be used for staff raffles on the night


• The party organiser also receives a 2 night stay with dinner included in January or February 2012 subject to availability


• If a company books 15 rooms or more directly with the hotel at the Christmas party rates, they will receive 1 complimentary room for the booker on the night of their Christmas party. In the event that rooms are later cancelled and the number of rooms ends up being less than 15, the complimentary room will be charged at the normal Christmas party rates

Phoenix Suite Party Nights

This is the main Christmas party package on offer at the hotel

• Guests will be greeted with an arrival drink in our open plan Fionn Uisce Bar accompanied by some light musical entertainment


• From here, you will be escorted to the Phoenix Suite which includes a new heated smoking terrace with a private bar inside the room


• Enjoy a delicious 4 course meal from Lewis Bannerman, Executive Head Chef


• After your meal, settle down to a night of fun with our amazing band, The Untouchables with a late bar and DJ to follow until 2am

Friday Nights: €55 per person
Saturday Nights: €65 per person
